Don’t settle for gas or electric ovens, nothing beats woodfired pizza with its subtle smoky taste. We are one of the few mobile pizza caterers who expertly toss the pizzas into shape while the event runs, meaning every single pizza is as fresh, hand-made and old-fashioned as you can get outside of Naples.
Owned by a 5th generation pizza chef, we use a family dough recipe that’s over 100 years old, with each pizza hand-stretched in the Napoli style as the event runs. When organising your event, you will work with a professional events planner with more than 20 years' experience, and all our product is safely refrigerated from our professional factory premises to your venue.
If your venue has space for a pizza truck, we can bring the oven, chefs and ingredients to your door. We’re a family business that's been in operation since 2011, and with flexible packages starting from $990, you can enjoy the convenience of having your event professionally and effortlessly catered.

Introducing Carlo
Carlo was born in Naples under the shadow of Mt Vesuvius, surrounded by the best pizza in the world.
With his extended family owning over a dozen pizzerias in and around Naples, you could say that pizza was in the blood. At 15 years old, Carlo began working for his aunt in a bustling pizzeria right in the heart of Naples. Established in 1945, the pizzeria is still a busy hub and a favourite with the daily market goers and tourists. It was here that Carlo started his apprenticeship as a “Pizzaiolo” (Pizza Chef). The Pizzaiolo must be a real maestro, spending over three years learning the traditional techniques of making the perfect pizza.
After many years working in his family’s pizza restaurants, Carlo decided it was time to open his own restaurante. There, Carlo spent the next ten years supplying pizza and traditional Napolitano fare to the residents and tourists of the iconic streets of Naples.
In 2003, Carlo came to Australia for a holiday and was quickly offered a working sponsorship by a Sydney-based pizza restaurant. He made Australia his new home, and in 2011 started Pizza Alfresco! In true Pizzaiolo fashion, Carlo's children are now learning the ropes, too.
In 2018, Kerri came on board as our business operations manager and professional events planner. She will work with you to ensure your event runs smoothly.
This year, we won APAC Insider's 'Best Pizza Catering Company Sydney - 2024', and in 2023, we were proud to win a top 5 spot for wedding caterers in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
